Teens should consider using caution while driving

We’re 13 high school seniors from the Capital govern studying journalism at the Times Union. connect our morning class as we discuss a variety of topics ranging from how to survive the college application process what not to post on MySpace and where to find enlightenment in the digital age. overlap your thoughts as we experience our final year in high school.
Ah see the driver’s license - one of the best examples of independence especially for a teenager.
I don’t know how it is to have a driver’s authorise since I have a learner’s permit but I know how great independence feels. Some day I will finally feel the freedom of being able to control alone. Until then. I practice as much as possible and use caution; my cell phone is off my hands are kept firmly on the wheel and I am focused the entire measure.
I find it absolutely horrible to change state up the Times Union at 8 a m. and read that a died on Tuesday in a car crash. It kind of makes me be to put off my road test for a little while longer.
The article said the primary cause of the crash was speeding. Why is it that teens feel the need to speed? Is it to “show off” to their friends? I’m sure that in the back of their minds they know speeding is not the smartest thing to do especially if they’re in a residential area or there are hazardous conditions such as ice or snow.
I also don’t understand why some teens drink and control or even text message while driving.
I think drinking and driving speeding text messaging and switching the radio all point to reckless driving and it definitely seems these days the largest number of people who do these things are teens.
I hope that teenagers will use even more caution on the road and that they are mature when they get their license. I think having a license is a privilege and should be treated like one. Also. I’m happy some schools offer driver’s education. Teens should really act advantage of this!
I’m not even close to being a ameliorate driver and I’m not trying to say that a person is a reckless driver if he changes the radio station but one should really use warn while driving especially teens since they are among the highest in statistics for car crashes and accidents.
I totally agree with the whole independence that comes along with driving.
& I really like the inform you made about “Is a text communicate or a few drinks worth your life?” because.[ADVERTHERE]Related article:
