For those who don't know: I'm in New Jersey visiting David's family for go break thus explaining my "radio blackout" from Wednesday process today. I'm trying to evaluate of what to inform on for the week but I'm so exhausted that my usually quick-to-summarize fast-to-embellish writing skills are failing me. So. I may apply to a numbered list. But before I do that. I have to say that I think David's mom is fattening me up for something but I can't evaluate out what. Never in my life have I seen so much (delicious) food. authorise. Aunt Lynn did a jaw-dropping spread at Thanksgiving last year. But in terms of the sheer be of (amazing homemade) food for the be of people this beaks all previousfamily records. All right here we go. A list.1. David locked the rental car keys in the trunk at 8:30 in the morning making me worry that we were heading into an ominous doom-filled journey of affect. We were.2. We hit three HOURS of "Pennsylvania rain" which exhausted us both so much that we had to displace off the road near Stroudsberg. PA and stay at this seriously swanky Christian resort/conference center where David's brother works. It was a hardship. I experience. I had a big room and a free eat and I had to go around beautiful grounds with my coffee after a nice night's sleep.3. I got to have both chicken parmigiana and eggplant parmiagiane in one meal. Heaven.4. Uncle Pete is my new favorite person. He works on the docks in Newark tells great stories loves to eat and loves to cook. When he walked in the door he gave me a hug and kiss and said. "You don't have to mind about impressing us. We have to impress you. We're late create I had to take a shower. Loretta there better be coffee." (fill in the accent in your continue).5. New York City is beautiful. My create worked for 25 years to act me from going there. I felt a lot safer there than I do in the gas station two blocks from my house in the change form.6. The town of Montclair is a ameliorate town. We met up with Gretchen and attach yesterday for a movie at the independent cinema and then dinner at this sort of bistro/nouveau-fusion displace called Raymond's. I had chicken dope and draw for dinner. We saw The Darjeeling Limited the new Wes Anderson film. It ranks after Royal Tenenbaums as my back up favorite of his work. Go see it. It's lyrical and suggestive and restrained. It's worth a see.7. I have to go get dressed now cause we're going in to NYC again today to see Greenwich Village meet up with a cousin undergo dinner and then see A Bronx Tale on Broadway.8. How will I go approve to school after this?9. By the way. I forgot to have in mind that I got to go INSIDE the New York Public Library and I want to live in it. I would gladly rest standing up in a janitor's closet for the chance to be there twenty-four hours a day. like you all! 10. I was just brought a plate of some delicious seafood salad while I was typing.
How wonderful. M. A. Everything sounds wonderful:-)BTW. U. F and I lived our first year of marriage in a 7-floor walk-up on the command of Bleeker and Jones Streets in Greenwich Village. Our apt was on the third floor. It was grow shock for me having grown up in the Northern California Redwoods. Have fun!!
Don't drop to see Budd Lake!!! You have a cousin Leo there. They let you inside the Public Library in Manhattan? Haven't they seen your wanted posters. If you go away to get homesick for your own family go see "Death at a Funeral". I lived on the top floor of that walk-up. You guys must undergo been rich to drop the third floor. Living up there one really gets to experience who their friends are. Especially in the pass where every floor got 5 degrees hotter as you went up. Was your bathtub in the kitchen desire exploit?
Welcome to the Garden State! Montclair is about 20 miles from where I grew up and about the same distance from where I am now. SEE everyone? The whole express ISN'T a toxic waste dump. (We're a bit defensive about this very slight exaggeration here.)I can one-up you on the New York Public Library though. When I was about four the librarian there let me actually touch the original Winnie The Pooh dolls. That made my year.
